How to Submit Newsletter Advertising
The Hoosier Veterinarian newsletter is published electronically for IVMA members bi-monthly by the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association. It is distributed in January, March, May, July, September, and November of each year. To purchase and ad, click on the below rate.
Ad rates are as follows:
Ad Size Six Time Rate One Time Rate
1 page (8 1/2by 11) $550 per issue $625
1/2 page (7.5″ by 4.5″) $350 per issue $435
1/4 page (3.6″ by 4.5″) $275 per issue $345
These rates are effective as of January 1, 2019. The IVMA does not assist with the design of the advertisement. The IVMA has the right to approve and/or reject advertisements submitted and is the sole judge of the suitability of advertisements for its newsletter and acceptability is based upon strict legal, social, professional and ethical standards.

All ads must be received via email in JPG or PDF form. To submit your ad, email lourdes@invma.org. Deadline dates for submission of advertising is the 15th of the month prior to publishing (i.e. for the March newsletter, the deadline is February 15.) Circulation is 1650.
