How To Submit Newsletter Advertising

The Hoosier Veterinarian is published bi-monthly by the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association.  It is printed in March, May, July, September, November, and January of each year.

These rates are effective as of September 1, 2007, as approved by the IVMA Board of Directors on June 7, 2007.  The IVMA does not assist with designing the advertisement.  The IVMA has the right to approve and/or reject advertisements submitted and is the sole judget of suitability of advertisements for its newsletter and acceptability is based upon strict legal, social, professional and ethical standards.

All ads must be received in writing, either by mail or e-mail.  To submit your ad, please complete the form below and include payment with the advertising submission. Deadline dates for submission of advertising are the 15th of the month prior to printing (i.e. for the March newsletter, the deadline is February 15.)   Circulation is 1350.
